I needed to make this entry, because I have something on my mind that quite honestly can't admit to other people.
But why not? I should be able to face those closest to me and say it, but it doesn't feel right because I might be wrong. So I'm doing it here. I don't know if anyone's listening; maybe no one is. And perhaps that's not such a bad thing. I just need to express something even if no one pays attention.
So here goes.
Social Anxiety is a discomfort or a fear when a person is in a social situation or interaction that involves a concern of being judged or evaluated by others.
To start off, I don't know if I have social anxiety.
